Both Chefs McKinney and Vorce earned culinary experience under Thomas Keller at three Michelin-starred The French Laundry before going on to conceive and launch Truffle Shuffle, an honest truffle company providing the finest truffle products, consciously sourced and traced fresh truffles.
The Truffle Shuffle team will be serving up their heavenly pasta dalla forma with freshly shaved truffles; a unique preparation method of fresh pasta swirled in a giant wheel of Parmesan cheese to create a divinely creamy sauce then finished with kisses of Australian black truffles.
Founded in 2018, Truffle Shuffle began with the goal of becoming “The Honest Truffle Company”, today Truffle Shuffle focuses on live interactive cooking classes featuring quality ingredients sent beforehand. Pivoting their business model during the pandemic has resulted in drastic growth, enabling Truffle Shuffle to hire 40 laid-off hospitality individuals, cook with (to-date) 250,000 guests virtually, and continue philanthropic efforts in their local community.
