Serata Campioni 2026

In consideration of the acceptance of this application by Lamborghini Club USA, LLC ("LCUSA"), the undersigned agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless (1) LCUSA and all related and affiliated entities, including but not limited to vendors and entities managing Serata Campioni and Serata Italiana, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, and employees; and (2) all other contestants and officials (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, by reason of any injury, death, damage (including consequential, incidental and punitive damages), loss, costs, expenses, or attorneys’ fees in connection with their participation in the event, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Released Parties. In the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct by any of the Released Parties, this release will remain valid and effective with respect to the Released Parties not responsible for or involved in the gross negligence or willful misconduct. The undersigned (1) warrants that they have personally read the rules and regulations; (2) permits LCUSA to use the enclosed photographs and photos taken the day of the event and information of the entrant’s automobile(s) for publication and program inclusion. This release extends to and includes any and all claims of liability, arising from or in any way related to the undersigned’s participation in the event, whether known or unknown at the time of signature. To the extent any applicable law prohibits waiver of unknown claims, the undersigned acknowledges the possibility of unknown claims and specifically waives the application of that law to any claims in any way related to the undersigned participation in this event. The undersigned agrees, by their signature, that they have read the foregoing and accepts the terms and conditions.
